Due to policy changes and difficulty with reimbursement from Molina Healthcare and Wellpoint we will no longer be accepting any form of medicaid.

 

We are still accepting Medicare.

 

We are truly sorry for this and tried everything we could to avoid this but could not come up with a resolution.
