Cancellation Policy

1. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or
obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you
may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the
situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a
visit. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be subject to a $20
out of pocket fee. Exceptions to this fee may be extended on a case to case basis.

2. We understand that delays can occur. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time we will do
our best to accommodate you. However, based on availability we may have to reschedule the
appointment. If you do not reach out to our office the same day as your originally scheduled
appointment to reschedule the appointment will be considered a no show and be subject to a
$20 fee.
