Meet Dr. Benjamin Kohler, DC, MS
Benjamin Kohler grew up in northeast Kansas and attended Creighton University in Omaha. He graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
He then went to the University of Western States in Portland, OR where he gained his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree and a Masters in Sports Medicine.
Before receiving his diploma he worked with the Medical College of Wisconsin’s SpineCare team where he focused primarily on back pain. He has gained experience working with athletes of all ages with varying levels of experience from youth to professionals. Dr. Kohler choose to open up Rebound Chiropractic and Sports Medicine in 2019 to be closer to family who are located throughout the state of Iowa.
In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, boating, and being surrounded by family.
Rebound Chiropractic combines personalized chiropractic care with high-quality research.
We can help our patients rebound and get back on their feet to achieve their goals.
We work with every patient to identify individual goals and develop a plan to achieve them fully.
Everyone receives hands-on treatment in the office along with the information for the patient to be a key and active participant in their recovery and future health. We believe that movement is the key to a healthy life.
Every new patient will review their history with the doctor and receive an initial examination similar to one an orthopedic surgeon would perform. Existing patients will receive the same review when a new injury presents itself. This allows the team to gain an understanding of what the current state is and what the future plan will be.
At Rebound Chiropractic and Sports Medicine we believe in getting you back to doing what you love as quickly as possible. To help you achieve this, we almost ALWAYS treat on the first visit through manipulation, soft tissue work, and exercises so we can help you progress. There are a few exceptions to this though such as "red flags" and car accidents.
"Dr.Kohler did a great job of assessing and adjusting my neck and lower back. I highly recommend him and will be using him for any future adjustments."
