Growing up in Northwest Montana meant a lot of room to be outdoors, and to enjoy all of the activities that come with living in the mountains. I attended Montana State University to study Community Health, where the love of fitness and activity grew in an environment where outdoor athletes thrived. That interest turned into earning multiple certifications in Personal training, Group Fitness, Health Coaching, Sports Conditioning, Nutrition Coaching, and more while getting a bachelors in Exercise Science. Realizing I could do even more with hands on treatment, I attended massage therapy School in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
After graduating my family and I returned to Bozeman and Big Sky, Montana, where I studied more in-depth massage therapy techniques. In 2021 I returned to Iowa with my husband and daughter to spend more time with his family. This has given me the opportunity to better combine massage therapy and movement in a holistic approach. When not at work I can be found reading, baking, biking, going to concerts and musicals, and learning how to garden.
