Chiropractic Therapy
Chiropractors practice a manual approach and are trained to detect and issues of the spine or muscles around the spine, such as joints that may not be moving well. Chiropractic adjustments are performed by hand and involve a small thrust to the joint to restore proper motion. There is often a "pop" or "crack" that is caused by a pressure change in the joint. However, that noise is not necessary for treatment to be effective. Here at Rebound Chiropractic and Sports Medicine we treat many injuries such as, but not limited to:
Back Pain
Neck Pain
Headaches
Rotator Cuff Injuries
Knee injuries
Ankle Sprains

Manual Therapy

Along with the typical adjustment, we off other services such as instrument-assisted soft tissue massage and cupping to help decrease pain levels and give the patient temporary relief. During this window we encourage better movement habits as well as strength and stability exercises which will ultimately minimize the pain moving forward.
Therapeutic Exercises
Once we have lowered the pain or discomfort using chiropractic or manual therapy, we will utilize the most up-to-date protocols on rehab exercises to create a long-term change. This creates an environment for the patient to take control of their recovery and health.
